100 Mile House Toy Run Sunday Sept 20

Hi All
After the successful Kamloops run last weekend, I would like to invite all of you to the 100 Mile house Toy Run this Sunday Sept 20. The ride starts at 11:00 am from the 100 Mile A&W. It runs about 75kms throughout the South Cariboo ending at the 100 Mile House Food Bank where the toys will be delivered. There will be burgers and hot dogs at the end.
Hope To See You There
Dave

Hey Dave, I copied and pasted most of your thread on BC Riders.net that has a couple riders in the Interior.

Do you have more information on the 75 km ride, it sounds like a nice distance. How is the pace, how many riders usually show up, how does it compare to the Kamloops one.

Bob.

Weather permitting, it will run from 100 Mile out Horse Lake Rd (newly repaved) out to Interlakes returning to 100 Mile via Hwy #24 (also some new pavement). The end this year will be at our food bank with lunch there. Pace will be speed limit and we usually see about 50-70 bikes. It is unlike the Kamloops run in that we do not have much of a city too ride around so it is more of a highway/secondary road ride. This is the first year in 8 that my wife is not organizing the ride so we can both enjoy the ride. I am posting this as a favour for the new organizer. Thanks for getting the word out for us.
